Challenge Board
If you'd like to be on the challenge board, all you need to do is perform superbly under the watchful gaze of one of our members of staff. If you think you haven't got what it takes to ever be on the challenge board, you need to enrol in some of our classes and get training regularly with proper instruction.

Race Night 15.8.18
Best time, no matter how many attempts it took.

Box Jump
Stand before the 9 part box, no shuffling, no hopping, and jump. The box goes up in 10cm steps.

Broad Jump
Toes behind the line. Jump forwards, measure to where your heels landed. No falling over or sliding forward.

Edge Hang
Hang on the 20mm edge until you fall off.

Excalibur
Number of moves on the world's hardest obstacle before falling off.

Nunchuck Run
Start with both hands on one of the black rings. Move ascross the towel, nunchucks and potatoes to the opposiote ring. Put both hands on the ring, then return. No stopping.

One Swing Jump
Deadhang the bar nearest reception. Swing forward, back & jump. Measure from the bar to your heels.

Pole Jumper
Jump along the pole jumper 3 forward, 3 backward. Max reps

Precision Salmon
The two pairs of tiny rungs on the back of the salmon ladder. Up 1, down 2, up 3 etc.

Purple Hangfest
Room One. Hang off the numbered holds and move according to the numbered left/right sequence. Keep going until you fall off. One lap is 22 moves.

Jump and pullup the 6m rope. No feet. Time ends when your hand hits the tulip (yes, it's called a tulip

Salmon Ladder Reps
As many moves as you can do, up and down, on the salmon ladder.

Stairway to Heaven
Two hands on the bottom rung. Climb to two hands on top rung. Score 7. Go back down, score 14, Also called Devil Steps.

Weighted Pullup
Strap on some extra weights. Pullup from deadhang with arms straight to holding your chin above the bar. One rep only
